Training is now Tuesday and Thursday night 7pm both evenings. Regular trainers will get priority but the game is for everyone who wants to play this year for either team.
All players are expected to train at least one night per week, the main session is Tuesday night. Coaches will be there both nights with a full program of skills and the bar will be open.
Your fitness is your own responsibility but pre-season conditioning sessions will be announced in due course. it is suggested that one fitness session is done as well as training nights. We have to be fit to play rugby not play rugby to get fit!
Treatment and rehab will be available at the club on training night, there is no need to miss training night even if you are injured.
